This BTN was about the drought in Cape Town in south Africa.
No city in the world has had to deal with a situation such as the taps running dry. So all the people are relived when they see the rain. Authorities predict taps could be turned off by June 4, and they’re calling that “Day Zero.” People have been allowed just 50 liters a day, since February 1st.
Why has it been so dry in Cape Town? How much rain did they get?
I now understand that we shouldn’t take water for granted.
